How do I start using my app?

Once you've downloaded the app, just follow these simple steps:

  • Click the app icon on your home screen.
  • Enroll as a first-time user or enter your online banking credentials to log in. 
    • Need to enroll in Online Banking? You can do so here!
  • For additional security, you will also be asked to create a four-digit code. In addition, you'll have the option to enable fingerprint or face ID recognition authentication if your device supports these capabilities.

  • Set transaction spending limits based on your preferences, including dollar amount, transaction type, and merchant type.
  • Get instant alerts on certain types of transactions, like when a transaction is declined.
  • Set a specific region where the card can be used or restrict usage based on your mobile device's location.
  • Set parental controls and monitoring.

For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before 4pm CST on a business day funds are typically available the next business day. If funds are received after 4pm, the funds will be considered received on the next business day and made available to you on the business day after the date of receipt. Funds availability for mobile deposit is subject to eligibility and further review. Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. Deposit limits and other restrictions apply. See Terms of Use for details, including information on funds availability.

Cutoff time for online transfers is 6 pm central standard time for same day availability. Transfers made after 6 pm will be available the next business day.
