Making your loan payment is now faster and more convenient with PortalPay. Whether you're on your phone or computer, you can make a payment in just a few simple steps - using your debit or credit card.

Follow These Simple Steps:

Step 1: Visit csbtx.bank on your computer or mobile device.

Step 2: Click “Make Loan Payment” in the top navigation menu.

Step 3: Enter your personal information and Loan Number.

Step 4: Enter the payment amount you wish to pay.

Step 5: Select your payment method and enter your card information.

Step 6: Review your details and submit your payment.

Please Note:

  • A 3% convenience fee applies to all transactions

  • Visa credit cards are not accepted (Visa debit is allowed)

  • Payments will be denied if your loan is closed, frozen, or if an incorrect loan number is entered
