
































Rena is a longtime resident of Burleson County raised and schooled in Somerville. She has been with Citizens State Bank for 27 years in various positions and is currently serving peoples needs as a Loan Officer in our Somerville office. Rena loves working and assisting customers at CSB because she believes in the company's mission of home-town quality customer service.

Dennis Griffin is a Somerville native who likes helping customers achieve their financial goals. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, he especially enjoys helping customers purchase homes and property, automobiles, or open a business. His ability to make customers feel at ease is a trait all bankers strive to achieve.
After high school he worked his way through Blinn College and Sam Houston State University attaining a Business Degree. True to his roots, Dennis was excited to return home and join Citizens State Bank. He is also a graduate of the nationally-recognized Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU, and has performed most of the duties at CSB. Dennis genuinely understands how the bank helps its customers succeed.
Dennis Griffin is also actively involved with preparing our community for the future. Most notably, he served terms as President of the Somerville ISD Board of Trustees, as Chairman of the Appraisal District Board of Directors, and as a member of the city’s Board of Equalization and Appeals. He is an active Rotarian and Board Member with Somerville Area Assistance Ministries.


Cody was born and raised in Caldwell and graduated from Caldwell High School in 1998. In 2002 he received a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business from Texas A&M University. While going to school Cody helped manage his family ranch and also worked part time at Citizens State Bank. Cody realized early on that he and the bank he worked for shared a lot of the same goals and values. Having the ability to work with and help the people he has known his whole life brings him a lot of joy and satisfaction.
Cody is married to his wife Tammie, and they have four children together. In his spare time, he enjoys supporting his kids' extracurricular activities, ranching, hunting, fishing, and everything outdoors. Cody is a member of Elizabeth Lutheran Church and serves on the Church Council. Cody has been a part of various boards and organizations over the years that benefit the people of Burleson County. What Cody values most is his faith, his family, and his friendships.



Charles Seely is a lender at our Brenham location and has worked for Citizens State Bank since 2019. Charles believes that the opportunity to be of service to CSB customers and the community as a whole, makes each day extremely rewarding. He believes in the value of customer service and working with clientele to help achieve their financial goals, regardless of the loan type or size. According to Seely, “What sets CSB apart from other institutions is that to us, you are more than just a number. You are a valuable member of our community, and we would like to earn and retain your business. To put it simply, we want CSB to be your bank.”
Charles is a graduate of Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX with a B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Agriculture. Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid youth livestock project supporter, and mentors 4-H and FFA livestock project exhibitors within the community.

Cory was born and raised in Somerville, Texas and graduated from Somerville ISD. Cory also earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University. His professional career consists of 25+ years of service in various roles at Citizens State Bank. His current position is Executive Vice President with the focus on commercial lending in the Brenham branch. He is passionate about his work as a community banker and the impact he has on the lives he touches through that role.
Cory married his wife Cristi in 2005 and they have two children. He is an active member of the First Lutheran Church where he has served as a Board Member there. In addition, he serves many other volunteer roles in the community including Board Member for the Volunteer Services Council of the Brenham State Supported Living Center and Commissioner for the Brenham Housing Authority. Cory is retired from the board of the Brenham Economic Development Foundation and the board of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas. In his spare time Cory enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling with his family.


Randy is passionate about being able to help others with their financial and banking needs. He is especially grateful to have the opportunity to do that in his hometown. Randy graduated from Snook High School in 1995 and went on to further his education at Texas A&M University, where he graduated from Mays Business School in 1999. Randy earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. Randy’s commitment and involvement in the community is extensive. He is a Youth Director at Snook Brethren Church along with his wife and an Adult Leader for the Burleson County 4-H Exchange Program.
Randy has a deep love for his family, that includes his wife Jonna, and his two sons. Spending quality time with family is at the top of the list of his favorite things to do. Randy’s hobbies include, attending Snook High School sporting events, watching college sports, and keeping up with anything and everything sports related. He also enjoys hunting whitetail deer, fishing on the Brazos River, feeding cattle, and spending time outdoors in general.

Justin has been committed to CSB since 1996. He graduated Somerville High School in 1989, Blinn Junior College in 1991, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in 1993. Justin once heard his kids describe to a group of friends that "My Daddy helps people" when asked what he did at the bank. That has left a lasting impression on Justin over the years, and it is his greatest passion – to help people with their financial wellbeing to the best of his abilities.
Justin is a member of Snook Brethren Church and he also assists with many of the hard-working community organizations and groups within Snook and Burleson County. Justin is married to his wife Loree, they have three children and two amazing granddaughters. His hobbies over the years included coaching and watching his kids in sports, working with 4H projects, and ranching. Now, Justin’s main hobby is being a grandpa with a commitment and passion for family, friends, and the community he serves.

Marianne was born and raised in Navasota, where she graduated from Navasota High School. Marianne also received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University. After several years of being away from Navasota, she and her family decided it would be the best place to settle as her children started school. Marianne has been a part of the CSB team since 2011. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our lending area with her past experience as a loan processor and originator. She is passionate about working in her hometown and assisting members in the community who are searching for the best bank to call home.
Marianne attends Christ Our Light Catholic Church, where she volunteers with various activities. She is also a member of the Navasota ISD Education Foundation. Marianne loves to spend time with her grandchildren as often as she can, she enjoys gardening and relaxing at the beach.

Maggie is all about service and helping members of the community. From her time in the Marine Corps to working at a bank, Maggie has always said “Helping people is what I love to do.” After working in big banks, including the biggest bank in the country, and being frustrated by the things she could not do to help her clients, she made the move to a real hometown bank. She loves that Citizens State Bank trusts her to make decisions that affect the area where she lives by providing loans to help people make their dreams come true; whether buying a house, growing their business, increasing their investment portfolio, buying a car or whatever that financial need might be.
Originally from West Texas, Maggie has made her home in Navasota 30+ years. She raised her two children in Navasota where they attended school. Maggie has been involved in various organizations throughout the years. When her kids were small, she was a long-time school volunteer, member of the PTO, and Room Mother. Maggie has also been a Special Olympics volunteer in support of her very special daughter. Along the way, Maggie received a Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University in 2008 and a Master's Degree from Texas A&M University in 2024. As a volunteer, she has served on the Library Board, was Team Captain on a Relay 4 Life team, assists in raising money for Operation Blue Santa each year, and was voted Employee of the Year by the Grimes County Chamber of Commerce in 2016 where she also serves as a Board Member.

Justin, a lifelong Texan, was raised in Navasota and attended school there through 7th grade at which time he moved to Waller, and graduated from Waller High School in 2011. After high school, he attended Prairie View A&M University and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration. He now makes his home in Waller and is committed to the CSB team, Navasota and the greater area.
Justin attends St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church in Hempstead and Christ Our Light Catholic Church in Navasota with his family. He enjoys spending time with his family and trying different restaurants. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. Justin is committed to assisting customers with all their financial needs and helping them build their futures!

Eddie Bosse is Vice President & Navasota Branch President. Born and raised in Navasota, Eddie graduated from Navasota High School and attended Texas A&M University. Eddie earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 1999. His professional career consists of 20 years full-time work in the financial industry beginning with Comerica Bank as a Credit Analyst in Houston, Texas. Eddie had the opportunity to move back to his hometown in 2004 and then began to work for The Bank of Navasota as a Loan Officer. In 2007, he began his employment with Citizens State Bank at their Navasota branch.
Eddie has three sons, and enjoys spending time with them in the outdoors whether it is attending their sporting events or hunting and fishing. He is a current member of Friedens Church of Washington, while being an active member in the community. His volunteer roles include the Treasurer for the Navasota Evening Lions Club, and Treasurer for the Navasota Chapter of Texas Ducks Unlimited.

Linda became a part of the CSB team in December 2021 when Burton State Bank was acquired by Citizens State Bank. She currently serves as the Branch Manager of our Burton location.
Linda began her banking career at Brenham National Bank where she worked for 14 years prior to making the move to Burton State Bank in 1994. That move allowed her the opportunity to work with her father, Brian Fischer, who served as President at the time. She eventually stepped into that same role and was President of the Burton State Bank at the time of the acquisition.
She enjoys working with customers in every aspect of banking and can be found working in the teller line, opening new accounts, or discussing loan options with customers on a daily basis. Linda has a strong commitment to providing the highest level of customer service to each and every customer.
Linda is a past President of the congregation at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Rehburg, and currently serves as one of the church organists. She enjoys spending time with her family, including two grandchildren who refer to her as “LuLu”, and being outdoors.
